2018 Bus Procurement Documents


There will be a public opening of bids received at NOON on Friday March 9,2018 in the Board room on the fifth floor of the Robert Fletcher Building at 1181 Portage Avenue. Attendees are asked to meet at the PTU office in room 507 and then all present will be directed  to the board room. MASBO and PTU reps will be in attendance.


Vehicle pricing only will be recorded however all bids will be qualified after the meeting by PTU. Option pricing will need to be collated and is not part of the public opening due to size and complexity. The meeting will not be an open forum.

Vendors are asked to confirm their attendance by Wednesday March 7th.
